The National Food Agency noted that the price of premium rice at the consumer level fell to Rp15,782 per kilogram from Rp16,023 per kg previously, as did red cayenne peppers to Rp41,868 per kg from Rp48,467 per kg previously.
Based on data from the Bapanas Price Panel in Jakarta, Thursday at 08.40 WIB, the price of other food items at the national retail level, medium rice was at Rp13,483 per kg, down from Rp13,881 per kg previously; and Food Price Supply Stability (SPHP) rice was at Rp12,486 per kg, down from Rp12,562 per kg previously.
Corn for livestock farmers was recorded at Rp6,490 per kg, down from Rp6,611 per kg previously; dry soybeans (imported) were priced at Rp10,451 per kg, down from Rp10,676 per kg previously.
Next, shallots are priced at IDR 38,381 per kg, down from IDR 41,084 per kg previously. Garlic bulbs are priced at IDR 36,793 per kg, down from IDR 37,443 per kg the previous day.
Furthermore, curly red chilies are priced at Rp53,153 per kg, down from Rp58,355 per kg previously; and large red chilies are priced at Rp42,680 per kg, down from Rp48,467 per kg previously.
Then pure beef is Rp132,959 per kg down from the previous Rp134,851 per kg, broiler chicken is Rp38,002 per kg down from the previous Rp38,164 per kg, then broiler chicken eggs are Rp29,695 per kg down from the previous Rp29,745 per kg.
Meanwhile, consumer sugar is priced at Rp17,811 per kg, down from Rp18,115 per kg previously.
Then, packaged cooking oil is Rp20,783 per liter, down from Rp20,910 per liter previously; bulk cooking oil is Rp17,167 per liter, down from Rp17,537 per liter previously; Minyakita is Rp17,225 per liter, down from Rp17,464 per liter previously.
