Mexico City, January 1.—The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (SRE) reported Wednesday afternoon that two Mexicans were injured in the mass collision that occurred today in New Orleans, United States, and that they are in stable condition.
"U.S. authorities have just confirmed that two Mexicans were affected by the unfortunate attack that occurred early this morning in New Orleans," the Foreign Ministry said on the X platform.
The Mexican Consulate in New Orleans maintains contact with their families, providing the assistance and support they need, the agency added.
