Smartphone brand Vivo is reportedly planning to launch its flagship X300 series in China in October 2025, and the latest news now reveals details about the smartphone's camera.
the details of the main camera were confirmed by Vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao, who said that the Vivo X300's main camera will have a size of 200 MP.
Furthermore, this main camera uses the latest sensor, the successor to the Samsung HP9 sensor, which is called the HPB instead of the HP10. The HPB sensor is named differently because it was specifically designed by Samsung for Vivo.
This sensor is quite large at 1/1.4 inches, supports ultra-clear 23mm 200MP output while offering CIPA 4.5 optical image stabilization.
To enhance clarity, the module features blue glass and a Zeiss T* coating for better glare control. This new camera sensor replaces the Sony IMX921 main camera used in last year's Vivo X200.
