BWF men's singles ranking update: Alwi Farhan and Ubed move up in the rankings

  Several Indonesian men's singles players recorded ranking increases in the latest list released by the Badminton World Federation (BWF) on Tuesday, including Alwi Farhan and Moh. Zaki Ubaidillah.


Alwi climbed one spot to 16th after reaching the quarterfinals of the Super 750 French Open last week. Meanwhile, Ubed, known as Moh. Zaki Ubaidillah, climbed 14 spots to 58th after winning the Super 100 Indonesia Masters II.


Another Indonesian men's singles player, Jonatan Christie, remains the highest-ranked player. Despite being eliminated in the second round of the French Open, Jojo remains in the top five in the world rankings.


Meanwhile, Anthony Sinisuka Ginting, who was eliminated in the second round of the French Open, rose 14 places to world number 57.




Prahdiska Bagas Shujiwo, a finalist at the Indonesia Masters II, dropped three spots to world number 59. Chico Aura Dwi Wardoyo remains in the middle of the rankings, ranked 43rd in the world.
