Two technology and business experts emphasized the importance of speed of implementation in artificial intelligence (AI) projects to produce measurable business impact, not just technological jargon.
IT MSE Mar & Ad Tech Business Analyst Nestle Indonesia, Febrina Wisata, assessed that the main challenge in AI projects lies not in the technical aspects, but in the discipline of carrying out the process.
"As we transitioned from vision to Proof of Concept (POC), we realized that the real challenge wasn't technical, but rather discipline, clear milestones, and team alignment. That's what kept us from falling into the trap of ideas and excellence. Ninety days or nothing," he said during the AI Talk 2.0 2025 keynote session held at the Thamrin Nine Gold Ballroom.
