GoPay, together with Multifinance Anak Bangsa, is encouraging students at Manado State University (UNIMA) to develop financial literacy skills by teaching them how to manage their finances wisely, understand the difference between needs and wants, and use digital services responsibly.
GoPay's Head of Corporate Affairs, Audrey Petriny, said that financial literacy for young people emphasizes GoPay's commitment to expanding financial inclusion through the Pintar Bareng GoPay program.
"We want to make digital transactions easier while encouraging the younger generation to manage their finances more wisely. Through Pintar Bareng GoPay, we hope to help students develop healthy financial habits from an early age. This commitment aligns with the Financial Services Authority (OJK)'s mission to improve financial literacy and create an inclusive and responsible digital ecosystem," said Audrey Petriny in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday.
