Here in Deventer, more and more people are asking for a tent and food to survive: 'I'm worried'

In Deventer's city center, a number of benches stand on the street near the Meester Geertshuis. Passersby have sat down on them and are eating soup. They're well aware of the city's growing number of homeless people and people struggling financially
