Marc Klok, senior midfielder for BRI Super League club Persib Bandung, said he wants to make history with the Indonesian national team, which will compete in the fourth round of the 2026 World Cup Qualifiers in the Asian zone.
Quoted from the club's official website on Sunday, Klok said he was ready to give his all because the opportunity to qualify for the 2026 World Cup finals was now before his eyes.
"We have to be optimistic, work hard, and hopefully, we can make history this time within the next week. We'll try our best to achieve that," said Klok.
The Indonesian national team will play the fourth round of the Asian Zone World Cup qualifying matches against Saudi Arabia (8/10) and Iraq (11/10) in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
