Local sources reported that a group of settlers stormed the western part of the village and set fire to several vehicles. They also attacked the home of Mohammed Khamis Abu Aliya and a farm belonging to a resident before being confronted by village youth.

In Tulkarm, occupation forces carried out raids at dawn on Saturday, arresting three Palestinians from the towns of Qaffin and Shuweika.
These attacks come as part of a wave of ongoing Israeli escalation in the West Bank over the past two years, resulting in the deaths of more than 1,050 Palestinians, the injury of approximately 10,000, and the arrest of more than 20,000 people, including 1,600 children.
