The Directorate General of Digital Space Supervision at the Ministry of Communication and Digital received an online audience with representatives to discuss the registration of electronic system providers.
"This meeting demonstrates that we continue to prioritize dialogue to ensure proper compliance," said Alexander Sabar, Director General of Digital Space Supervision at the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs, in Jakarta on Tuesday.
According to the Ministry's statement, the online meeting discussed two main issues: the mandatory registration of PSEs in accordance with the prevailing regulations, Minister of Communication and Information Regulation Number 5 of 2020, and strengthening cooperation on content moderation, particularly regarding content that violates regulations in Indonesia.
