The Ministry of Communication and Digital has again received an award for its success in expanding the use of electronic certification to improve digital security, integrity, and trust in public services at the 2025 BE Awards from BSrE BSSN.
"This award recognizes that digital trust must continue to underpin our digital transformation journey, particularly in delivering identity- and integrity-based public services," said Communications and Digital Minister Meutya Hafid in a press statement received in Jakarta on Tuesday.
He stated that collaboration with the National Social Security Agency (BSSN) is crucial for achieving the national targets set by President Prabowo Subianto, including ensuring accurate distribution of social assistance, efficient state spending, eradicating extreme poverty, and streamlining regulations through the implementation of digital services.
"To achieve this ambitious goal, Indonesia needs a consistent, secure, and interconnected digital infrastructure with robust data governance and protection. This can only be achieved if Komdigi collaborates with the National Cyber Security Agency (BSSN) as a cybersecurity provider," he stressed.
