Microsoft has confirmed that its artificial intelligence (AI)-based chatbot service, Copilot, will no longer be available on WhatsApp starting January 15.
users will no longer be able to interact with Copilot through the messaging app and will be directed to switch to Microsoft's Copilot mobile app or use the web version of the service.
Microsoft explained that the withdrawal of Copilot from WhatsApp was done to comply with the latest platform policies published by WhatsApp last December.
