RB Leipzig's match against Borussia Monchengladbach ended in a 0-0 draw

RB Leipzig and Borussia Monchengladbach had to settle for a point each after a 0-0 draw in their opening match of the 12th week of the 2025/26 Bundesliga season at Borussia Park on Saturday morning WIB.

The visitors dominated the match and created a number of chances, but their finishing was ineffective and the match ended goalless.

This result means RB Leipzig failed to close the gap to three points behind Bayern Munich in first place.

Leipzig currently has 26 points, while Moenchengladbach is in 13th place with 13 points, as reported by the official Bundesliga website.

The first half was tight and lacked any dangerous chances. Antonio Nusa posed Leipzig's biggest threat with his rapid accelerations, one of which resulted in a shot that sailed over in the 13th minute.

In the home side, Franck Honorat continued to threaten from the right wing, one of his passes towards Haris Tabakovic had to be parried by RB Leipzig goalkeeper Peter Gulacsi.
