Arema FC coach Jose Gomes called the match against Persebaya Surabaya one of the biggest derbies in Indonesia which will take place at Gelora Bung Tomo Stadium on Saturday (22/11)."This is a classic match, and the stadium will be full. That's important motivation. Preparations have gone well, and this is also an important match for us," said Jose Gomes at a press conference in Surabaya on Friday.
According to him, the East Java derby also has different pressures for each player, including for both teams.
Therefore, he hopes that the team's performance can be maximized so that supporters can enjoy the match.
He said Persebaya remains a strong team with experienced players, even though several key players cannot compete against his team.
