The Indonesian 3x3 national team is confident of reaching at least the semifinals of the 2025 SEA Games.  Indonesian national 3x3 basketball team coach Fandi Andika Ramadhani is confident the men's and women's squads are capable of reaching at least the semifinals of the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand, following the announcement of their opponents by the organizing committee.

He believes the competitive landscape in the Southeast Asian event is still within his team's reach, making him optimistic about their respective squads' chances of finishing in the top four.

"The draw results make us optimistic that we can advance to the semifinals, both the men's and women's teams," said the coach, often called Rama, in Jakarta on Friday.

He stated that the women's 3x3 national team was drawn in the same group as the Philippines and Malaysia in the event. Meanwhile, the men's national team would face Thailand, Singapore, and Myanmar.

According to Rama, the composition of opponents in the preliminary phase provides a significant opportunity for Indonesia to secure the top two tickets from each group.
