"Tonight, we are gathering the senior men's national team, the senior women's national team, and also w poelcoming the U19 and U16 national teams. We want to express our appreciation for their efforts in going through the selection process and various training camps. Soon, they will depart for the SEA Games and the AFF Championship preparations," said Frans Xaverius, Head of the Indonesian Futsal National Team, in a written statement on Monday.
This activity also served as the official send-off for the senior national team that will compete in the 2025 SEA Games in Thailand, as well as an opportunity to strengthen solidarity among the players.
The women's national team has completed an 83-day training camp, while the men's national team has also completed a series of training sessions. Both teams are scheduled to depart for Thailand on December 2 and continue their 10-day training camp before entering the SEA Games competition.
