The Ministry of Communication and Digital is implementing artificial intelligence (AI) in radio frequency spectrum services to improve the speed, consistency, and reliability of public services, especially in sectors related to safety.
Minister of Communication and Digital (Menkomdigi) Meutya Hafid stated that the use of AI, through the JARE innovation, is a concrete step in redesigning radio services that play a vital role in emergency communications, transportation, and public safety.
"JARE's innovation brings the Ministry of Communication and Digital Services among the 21 percent of organizations globally that have begun adopting AI in their workflows. This is a crucial step in strengthening the quality of public services," said Meutya in a statement .
