Prabowo expressed his appreciation for the hard work of the Indonesian team, which brought home 91 gold medals, exceeding the target of 80 gold medals.
"Congratulations on winning 91 gold medals. Thank you. On the one hand, I'm smiling after winning 91 gold medals. On the other hand, it turns out the bonus is also huge now," Prabowo said in a video shared by Youth and Sports Minister Erick Thohir on Saturday.
"But that's the word of the Queen, a leader's words must be respected," Prabowo added.
