Downloads of US product identification app surge in Danish App Store

  Europeans have begun to oppose the United States following US President Donald Trump's statement threatening to take over the Danish autonomous region of Greenland.

As a result, two apps that help users identify whether a product was made in the United States, while also recommending local alternatives, have soared to the top of the Danish App Store in recent days.

As reported by Tech Crunch on Thursday, the Danish App Store serves users in Denmark and Greenland, as does Google Play.
