Bayern Munich coach Vincent Kompany confirmed that his team's attacking midfielder Jamal Musiala will be available for the 2025/2026 German League match against RB Leipzig.
"If everything goes well, Musiala will be there (for the match). That would be great," Kompany said, as quoted on the official Bundesliga website on Saturday.
If he plays in that match, it will be Musiala's first appearance since a lengthy absence following a broken leg and dislocated ankle in July 2025, when Munich lost 0-2 to Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the FIFA Club World Cup.
At that time, Musiala was injured because he collided with PSG goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma when the two were fighting for the ball.
