According to Gazzetta dello Sport on Wednesday (31/12), the Bianconeri management is satisfied with the performance of the former Italian National Team coach even though he has only been in charge of the team for a short time.
Spalletti was appointed as Juventus coach at the end of last October to replace the sacked Igor Tudor.
At the time, he only had a contract until the end of the season, with an automatic extension clause if Juventus qualified for the Champions League next season.
Juventus is now looking to secure Spalletti's future more quickly, as management views the experienced Serie A coach as a key figure in the team's long-term rebuilding project.
