Global technology company Zoho Corporation has expressed interest in building data centers in Southeast Asia, including Indonesia.
"In the near future, we will build a new location for the (data center). Regarding the decision to open a data center, we initially started by providing services first, then opened a local office, and then placed more people to support customers and help partners," Zoho Corporation CEO Shailesh Kumar Davey.
Furthermore, the decision to establish a data center will depend on the level of business growth and the type of local regulations that apply in Indonesia.
"The combination of these two factors is what determines when we will build a data center," Shailesh explained.
The India-based technology services developer stated that since 2025, the company has focused on expanding in the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
