Commission I requests that education be a priority in the National AI Roadmap
Member of Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives, Mohamad Sohibul Iman, urged that the National Artificial Intelligence (AI) Roadmap not only focus on supporting the People's School program, but also be directed at strengthening the quality of education as a whole in Indonesia.

In a meeting between Commission I of the Indonesian House of Representatives  and the Ministry of Communication and Digital  in Jakarta on Wednesday, Iman stated that the education sector is considered worthy of being prioritized in the National AI Roadmap because it is directly related to the constitutional mandate and the obligation to learn for all citizens.

"In my opinion, education should be a top priority, a quick win, because it's a constitutional mandate and has become compulsory. I believe we need to strive to improve the quality of our education today," said Iman.
