Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola criticized his team's performance in their 2-0 victory over Salford City in the fourth round of the FA Cup at the Etihad Stadium, saying they failed to read the match situation well.
"The space we had to attack always depended on their defensive positioning and we didn't read that," Pep told Manchester City's website.
City took an early lead in the sixth minute through an own goal by Salford City defender Alfie Dorrington, but after that The Citizens failed to develop the game.
