Deputy Minister of Communication and Digital Nezar Patria emphasized that Indonesia is promoting an artificial intelligence (AI) governance model that places humans as the primary controller, as a concrete solution to address the acceleration of technology that is outpacing regulations.
Nezar emphasized the importance of building systems that ensure humans remain in control of every decision made by technology.
"Our focus is not on anxiety, but on designing systems that ensure humans continue to lead the way in AI use," Nezar said in a statement confirmed.
