Samsung is reportedly starting to develop its next-generation chipset , the Exynos 2800, which is projected to debut on the Galaxy S28 flagship phone line in 2028.
As reported by GSM Arena on Friday, the Exynos 2800 chipset is rumored to be manufactured using a 2 nanometer fabrication process (SF2P+).
Samsung is said to be targeting finalizing the chipset design and submitting the schematics to the manufacturing division this year, before entering testing with several generation samples for performance refinement.
Mass production of the new chipset , codenamed "Vanguard," will begin after all testing phases are complete.
