Shai Gilgeous-Alexander breaks Wilt's record as Thunder beat Celtics
  The Oklahoma City Thunder defeated the Boston Celtics 104-102 in the NBA series at the Paycom Center in Oklahoma City on Friday, July 10th. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander scored 35 points, breaking Wilt Chamberlain's record for consecutive games with at least 20 points.

According to the NBA, Gilgeous-Alexander broke the record after scoring at least 20 points in 127 consecutive games, surpassing Chamberlain's record, which had stood since 1963.

The Thunder guard secured the win with a mid-range shot with 7 minutes and 4 seconds remaining in the third quarter, tying the score at 69-69.
