The Golden State Warriors have confirmed that Stephen Curry will be out for at least another 10 days due to a right knee injury that will cause the NBA star to miss at least six more regular season games.
Curry had undergone a re-evaluation for the "patellofemoral pain syndrome" injury in his right knee and had shown positive progress during the recovery process.
The Warriors said Curry has returned to individual on-court workouts, which will be gradually increased as his physical condition improves.
The 38-year-old has missed 15 consecutive games since his last appearance on January 30 when the Warriors faced Detroit.
Curry is scheduled to undergo further testing in the next 10 days. Following this evaluation, players recovering from injury typically undergo a gradual increase in training intensity, including full-speed practice sessions, before being declared ready to return to action.
