PT Multimedia Nusantara signed a conditional sale and purchase agreement  for the full divestment of PT Administrasi Medika  and its subsidiaries to Fullerton Health as part of the business portfolio restructuring within PT Telkom Indonesia  Tbk.

TelkomMetra President Director Pramasaleh Haryo Utomo said the steps towards divestment were carried out in a measured manner and were part of the company's transformation strategy to strengthen its focus on its core telecommunications and digital businesses.

"The signing of the CSPA with Fullerton Health, which is a step towards the full divestment of AdMedika Group, is a measured decision that prioritizes the principles of Good Corporate Governance and is in line with TelkomGroup's transformation to strengthen its focus on its core business," Pramasaleh said in an official statement.

The agreement between TelkomMetra as the seller and Fullerton Health as the buyer was signed on March 4, 2026. This step is also in line with efforts to simplify the BUMN portfolio and strengthen TelkomGroup's business fundamentals.
