Zverev equals Nadal, Djokovic, and Federer's record at Indian Wells
German tennis player Alexander Zverev set a record by securing his first semifinal berth at the 2026 BNP Paribas Open after a 6-2, 6-3 victory over Frenchman Arthur Fils at Indian Wells on Friday, WIB.

By reaching the semifinals, he became the fifth player to complete a streak of final-four appearances in all nine ATP Masters 1000 tournaments, joining former world number ones Rafael Nadal, Novak Djokovic, Roger Federer, and Andy Murray.

"It was obviously a very good match," said Zverev, who improved to 5-2 in his head-to-head with Fils, as quoted by ATP.
