Four Palestinians were killed by Israeli occupation forces and settlers, and an attempt was made to expel Palestinian farmers from the village of Al-Mughayyir in the West Bank

The ministry said in a brief statement that "two martyrs were killed by settlers in the town of Al-Mughayyir, east of Ramallah, including a child, in addition to the injury of 3 others, bringing the number of martyrs in the West Bank since this morning to 4."
She explained that the two martyrs in Al-Mughair are the child Aws Hamdi Al-Naasan (14 years old), and Jihad Marzouq Abu Naim (32 years old).
In Jenin, in the northern West Bank, the ministry announced the death of Raja Fadl Bitawi (49 years old), who succumbed to injuries sustained from Israeli occupation army gunfire during a previous raid on the city.
In Hebron, in the southern West Bank, 16-year-old Mohammed Majdi al-Ja’bari was killed after being run over by a vehicle driven by a settler.
Medical sources and eyewitnesses reported that a settler ran over the child, Al-Ja’bari, while he was in one of the city’s streets, which led to his immediate death.
Violations by the occupying army
In this context, Palestinians were forced on Tuesday to carry a body over a military gate and take it on foot into the town of Deir Ammar, west of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank, after the Israeli occupation army refused to open it for them.
A local source reported that the soldiers refused to allow the funeral vehicle to pass through the gate erected at the entrance to the town, which forced the residents to unload the body, carry it on their shoulders, and lift it over the gate to bring it in.
He added that video footage documented the manual transfer of the body, amid a heavy deployment and mobilization of Israeli occupation forces in the vicinity of the location.

settler attacks
In a related context, the Al-Baydar human rights organization said that settlers dressed in clothing similar to the uniform of the Israeli occupation army tried on Tuesday to expel farmers from their lands south of the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah in the central occupied West Bank.
This came in a statement from the human rights organization, in which it explained that Israeli settlers spread out in the “Wadi Ammar” agricultural area in the village of Al-Mughayir, and tried to prevent farmers from working on their lands, which led to a state of tension in the place.
She added that these practices target Palestinian lands and livelihoods, and increase the pressure on farmers in the region.
Since the early morning hours, the village of Al-Mughayyir has witnessed clashes following the storming of the outskirts of the town by settlers who fired shots towards the residents, resulting in the death of two people and the injury of others, according to local sources.
On Sunday, the village was besieged by the Israeli occupation army, coinciding with an attack by settlers, which led to clashes in the area.
Since October 2023, various areas in the West Bank have witnessed an escalation in settler attacks and incursions by the Israeli occupation army.
According to data from the Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission, settlers carried out 497 attacks against Palestinians and their property in the West Bank during March, resulting in the martyrdom of nine Palestinians.
Attacks by the Israeli army and settlers in the West Bank since October 2023 have resulted in the deaths of at least 1,154 Palestinians, injuries to approximately 11,750, and the arrest of nearly 22,000, according to official Palestinian figures.
