The developers of the Russian MAX app have published a list of foreign countries that follow Russia in terms of the number of app users.

A statement issued by the press service of the organization that manages the application reads: "Uzbekistan topped the list of the top five foreign countries in terms of the number of users registered on MAX, surpassing Belarus for the first time. Kazakhstan came in third place, followed by Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan."

The statement added: "The total number of foreign users of the application is more than 7 million, 90% of whom are residents of the Commonwealth of Independent States. Foreign users make 1.5 million calls and send more than 20 million messages via the application daily."

The statement noted that registration in the application is now available to citizens of 40 countries, and last November, the ability to make calls and send messages via MAX was made available to residents of the Commonwealth of Independent States countries, and these services were activated in March 2026 for users of the application from Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.

As of early April, the total number of registered users on the application reached 110 million, and the number of daily active users exceeded 80 million.
