A Palestinian was killed and another was injured on Tuesday evening as a result of an Israeli drone strike that targeted the entrance of a house in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
This comes as part of Israel’s ongoing violations of the ceasefire agreement in effect in the Gaza Strip since October 2025.
Medical sources reported that the body of the young man, Abdul Rahman Al-Shaafi, arrived at “Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital” in Deir Al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, following a raid by two missiles from an Israeli drone that targeted the entrance of a house east of the Nuseirat camp.
The sources added that another person was injured and taken from the site of the raid to Al-Awda Hospital in Nuseirat, without specifying the degree of severity of the injury.
Since the agreement came into effect, the Israeli army, in its violations involving shelling and gunfire, has killed about 856 Palestinians and injured 2,463 others, according to a statement issued by the Ministry of Health on Tuesday.
The agreement was reached two years after a genocide that began with Israel on October 8, 2023, and continued later in various forms, leaving more than 72,000 martyrs, more than 172,000 wounded, and widespread destruction affecting 90 percent of the civilian infrastructure.
