Kesatria Bengawan Solo basketball player Kentrell Barkley became the top rebounder in the regular IBL this season after posting an average of 15 rebounds per game, which helped his team reach the playoffs.
The IBL website stated on Wednesday that the 2024 IBL MVP had once again demonstrated his quality after missing a season in 2025 due to injury.
In his second season with the Knights, Barkley immediately became the team's mainstay in this season's competition.
Despite being hampered by administrative issues that made him miss the first two matches of the season, the player born on September 1, 1996, answered the expectations of the Solo public with consistent performance throughout the regular season.
He closed the regular season with averages of 23.3 points per game, 15 rebounds per game, 4.6 assists per game (apg), 1.4 steals per game (spg), and 1.3 blocks per game (bpg) across 18 total games.
