The Palestinian Red Crescent stated in a statement that its crews dealt with a Palestinian injury caused by live Israeli bullets to the hand and thigh, a 17-year-old child, in the Al-Mahjar area near the Nur Shams camp in the Tulkarm Governorate.
In a separate statement, the Red Crescent indicated that its crews dealt with the injury of a citizen who was beaten by settlers in the town of Qaffin, north of the city of Tulkarm, and the injured person was transferred to the hospital.
In another statement, the Red Crescent reported that a girl was injured as a result of settlers assaulting her in the town of Sa’ir, northeast of Hebron, noting that she was treated on the ground.
He added that his crews dealt with the injury of a Palestinian man, as a result of the Israeli occupation army assaulting him by beating him in “Jaber neighborhood”, in the Old City of Hebron, and he was transferred to the hospital.
Meanwhile, on Saturday evening, Israeli settlers, under police protection, attacked Palestinian shops on Al-Wad Street in the Old City of occupied Jerusalem, and vandalized some of their contents.
The Palestinian Jerusalem Governorate Media Office said in a statement that dozens of Israeli settlers attacked Palestinian-owned shops as they passed through Al-Wad Street, breaking their contents, stressing that the attack took place under the protection of the Israeli police.
The office attached a video clip of settlers attacking shops while chanting provocative songs, under the protection of Israeli police forces.
The cities and towns of the West Bank have been witnessing frequent Israeli incursions, including raids and arrests, since the start of the war of extermination on the Gaza Strip on October 7, 2023.
Since then, attacks by the Israeli occupation army and settlers in the West Bank have resulted in the martyrdom of 1,162 Palestinians, the injury of about 12,245 others, and the arrest of nearly 23,000, according to official Palestinian data.
