Lintasarta reaffirms its commitment to AI development in Indonesia

 

  Lintasarta affirmed its commitment to supporting the development and adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) in Indonesia through its transformation as a Beyond AI Factory under the auspices of the Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison (IOH) Group on the company's 38th anniversary.

"Lintasarta is not only adapting to change, but also continuously transforming itself to remain relevant and impactful. Amidst the acceleration of AI and the complexity of the digital landscape, we are moving beyond the AI ​​Factory concept, presenting AI as an integrated solution that is scalable, secure, and provides real value to the industry and Indonesia," said Lintasarta President Director & CEO Armand Hermawan in a press release on Thursday.

In commemoration of its 38th anniversary with the theme "Empowering Beyond: Breaking Boundaries, Creating Impact for Indonesia", Lintasarta stated that the transformation as a Beyond AI Factory was carried out to ensure that AI can be implemented safely, measurably, and have an impact on the industry and the national ecosystem.

The company said the strategy is strengthened by a 4C foundation encompassing connectivity, cloud, cybersecurity, and collaboration. According to the company, connectivity plays a role in maintaining the reliability of the national digital system, cloud supports the development of corporate infrastructure, cybersecurity ensures data security and compliance, and collaboration aims to accelerate innovation and national AI readiness through cross-industry collaboration.

Lintasarta also stated that the implementation of this strategy is carried out through the company's values ​​summarized in I CARE, namely innovation, collaboration, agility, resilience, and ethics as guidelines in facing the dynamics of work and serving customers.

‎In celebration of its 38th anniversary, the company also introduced the Lintasarta Peduli Negeri social program through empowerment activities at three orphanages and eight social activities, including the Lintasarta Mengajar program, which focuses on digital literacy and introducing AI to the younger generation.

According to the company, direct employee involvement in volunteer programs is part of its efforts to build a generation ready to face the digital future through AI education, connectivity support, and wellness programs.
