Sources in Gaza hospitals said that eight Palestinians, including two girls, were killed and more than 40 wounded in Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip since Monday morning.
Three Palestinians, including a child, were killed this morning in an Israeli drone strike on a gathering of civilians near the Wadi al-Salqa bridge in al-Baraka Street in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, amid continued violations of the ceasefire agreement by the Israeli army.
The death toll from the war on Gaza since October 2023 has exceeded 73,000.
In parallel with the bombing, Palestinian sources reported that the Israeli army expanded its occupation of areas in the central Gaza Strip by moving the so-called "yellow line" an additional 150 meters, in a new violation of the ceasefire agreement that came into effect on October 10, 2025.
According to local sources, army vehicles moved the concrete blocks that symbolize the "yellow line" westward from the vicinity of the electricity company in the south towards the Wadi Gaza bridge in the north.
On Monday morning, residents were surprised to find concrete blocks placed along Salah al-Din Street in the area, indicating an expansion of the areas under Israeli army control in clear violation of the ceasefire agreement.
The “yellow line” refers to a line of deployment imposed by the army within the sector as part of the arrangements for the first phase of the ceasefire agreement, which stipulated in its clauses a cessation of fighting, an exchange of prisoners, the opening of the Rafah crossing, the entry of aid, in addition to a partial Israeli withdrawal from inside Gaza. However, Israel reneged on its commitments and continued its military operations.
