New Liverpool coach Andoni Iraola has reiterated his determination to build a team that the fans can be proud of.
"I want to give them a team they can be proud of. I think football, especially at Liverpool, is about building relationships, building a close relationship with the community and our supporters," Iraola said.
The Spanish coach held his first press conference after taking over as Liverpool's tactician. He promised his team would play with high intensity and aggression.
"We have to be a team that works hard, plays with high intensity, is aggressive, and attacks directly so that everyone can feel connected and comfortable supporting this team," said Iraola.
