Why does the pressure increase after marriage?

Therefore, when new responsibilities arise after marriage, family and society expect a woman to put her career on hold and take care of the home. Furthermore, when husbands or in-laws disregard careers or believe a working woman won't be able to devote time to the home, they may pressure her to quit her job or work less.

How to reduce this stress?
Talk openly and clearly with your husband. Tell him about your career goals, finances, and personal satisfaction. Explain to him that a job isn't just about money, it's also important for your identity and happiness.

Set specific times for your office work and home responsibilities. Don't do office work after you get home, and avoid bringing home worries into the office. This will help you focus better in both areas.
