The number of martyrs in the Tel massacre west of Nablus has risen to five, including two brothers, and a number of citizens were seriously injured this morning as a result of an attack launched by settlers on the village of Tel west of Nablus, followed by gunfire from the Israeli occupation forces, according to Palestinian sources.
The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced earlier on Friday that four citizens were killed by Israeli occupation forces in the village of Tell, southwest of Nablus .
The Ministry of Health confirmed in a brief statement that four other citizens were wounded by occupation bullets, three of them in critical condition, while confronting a settlers' attack in the town.
Settlers attacked citizens’ homes in the town of Tel, and fired live ammunition towards the citizens’ homes.
Following the attack, the Palestinian Ministry of Health announced that the number of Palestinians killed by Israeli army and settler gunfire in the occupied West Bank since the beginning of 2026 had risen to 86.
The ministry said in a statement that 86 Palestinians have been killed in various West Bank governorates since the beginning of 2026, including 21 by settlers and 65 by the army.
On Monday, the commander of the Israeli army's Central Command, Avi Blot, warned of escalating settler attacks in the West Bank, arguing that "Jewish terrorism" now threatens everyone's security and harms Israel's international legitimacy.
For its part, the Israeli human rights center “B’Tselem” said that settler attacks in the West Bank are an example of Israel encouraging the practice of “ethnic cleansing” against the Palestinian people.
