Cheerful and story-telling are the first impressions that emerge when meeting Nurul Ramadhan, a 27-year-old woman from Peninggalan Village, Tungkal Jaya District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra.
His easygoing demeanor makes people feel familiar as if they have known him for years.
Nurul Ramadhan is one of four Indonesian volunteers for the 2026 World Cup. In Atlanta, he was the only Indonesian helping organize the biggest football event, along with around 3,500 other volunteers from various countries.
In the capital of Georgia, Nurul helps manage volunteer tasks, from managing the work area to organizing their activities.
He admitted that he was very happy with his work. He got to meet and interact with volunteers from other countries, see famous players firsthand, and, most importantly, gain invaluable experience from the world football tournament, which is held every four years.
A smile was constantly visible on Nurul's face as she shared her experiences.
For him, being part of the 2026 World Cup committee is not an easy thing.
