The Indonesian women's national basketball team recorded a landslide victory of 93-42 over host Thailand in the Group A match of the 2026 U18 Women's Basketball Asia Cup Division B at Nimibutr Stadium.
Praisey Blessed was the driving force behind Indonesia's victory, scoring 20 points, six rebounds, five assists, and three steals in the match.
Indonesia immediately took control of the game from the first quarter. Aggressive play and tight defense gave the Red and White team a commanding 24-7 lead by the end of the opening period.
This lead continued to grow in the next three quarters. Thailand struggled to match Indonesia's pace and ball distribution, ultimately losing to the visitors by 51 points.
Besides Praisey, Fiorenza Celesta contributed 13 points and five rebounds, while Mabekou Talla Valerie nearly recorded a double-double after scoring 12 points and nine rebounds.
