Persib Bandung announced its separation from striker Dimas Drajad as the player's contract expires at the end of the 2025/2026 season.
Quoted from the club's official website, Wednesday, Deputy CEO of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat (PBB), Adhitia Putra Herawan, explained that the decision was part of the evaluation process and the preparation of the team composition to face the challenges of the new season.
"Dimas' contract expired at the end of the 2025/2026 season. After an evaluation process with the coaching team, Dimas was not included in the technical projections for the upcoming season. Based on this recommendation, Persib has decided not to renew the contract," said Adhitia.
Adhitia continued, saying that every phase in a club's or player's journey always presents new dynamics and opportunities.
