Persija will undergo a three-week training camp ( TC ) in Thailand from July 27 to August 16, 2026, as part of preparations for the 2026/2027 Super League season.
Persija coach Shin Tae-yong, quoted from Persija's official website on Saturday, explained that the TC in Thailand is an important part of building the team's physical condition, tactics, and cohesiveness before entering official competitions.
"We will be holding a training camp in Thailand from July 27 to August 16, 2026," said Shin Tae-yong.
The TC schedule is close to the implementation of the 2026 Elite President's Cup which will begin on July 25, 2026.
Shin Tae-yong emphasized that the agenda in Thailand had been planned long before Persija even received the tournament schedule.
