The new facility features high-quality, certified synthetic turf and a modern drainage system. The field's presence underscores BBFC's ongoing commitment to providing a safe, professional, and supportive training environment for youth soccer development in Indonesia.
"We believe that developing quality young players must begin with adequate facilities. With this FIFA-standard pitch, BBFC students can hone their fundamental technical and tactical skills in ideal pitch conditions," said Technical Director Gendut Doni.
The method used is Filanesia, a curriculum and tactical foundation for football created by PSSI to become a characteristic of the Indonesian national team's playing character.
The football program at BBFC is designed to develop individual player abilities, introduce and facilitate tactical play.
For U9 young players, the priority is ball mastery, agility and proper coordination so that they have a high sense of touch.
Meanwhile, for players aged U12 and above, they are taught football techniques and tactics, so they can implement individual abilities into team play.
BBFC Academy is an early age football development institution that focuses on developing the talent, character, and sportsmanship of Indonesian children, headquartered in Jakarta and has a branch in Cilacap.
Supported by a team of A-Pro, A, B, C and D licensed coaches, BBFC is committed to providing a structured and enjoyable football training program.
BBFC's mission is to develop educational programs for young players who aspire to become professional footballers.
In developing its program, the BBFC also collaborated with one of Germany's top football clubs, Bayern Munich. This strategic partnership was realized through coaching clinics, bringing in Bayern Munich coaches to provide training to the BBFC coaching staff.
