The Rebuttal feature is introduced to improve the accuracy of Perlinsos target data

The Sanggah feature was introduced to improve the accuracy of data on government social assistance program targets in the digital social protection system, or Perlinsos Digital.

Acting Head of the Public Relations Bureau of the Ministry of Communication and Digital, Farida Dewi Maharani, said that the Rebuttal feature allows citizens to submit data corrections.
This is important because the public can not only see the results but also have the opportunity to submit corrections if they feel the conditions displayed are not appropriate.
Since the Digital Social Security System was activated at trial points across 258 districts/cities, approximately 600,000 residents have independently submitted data objections by September 2026.
Dewi explained that the provision of the Sanggah feature in the Perlinsos digital system is also part of the government's efforts to provide transparency.

Residents can use the Objection feature to submit a request for data correction if they find discrepancies between the data in the system and actual conditions on the ground.

"The objection process is carried out through a two-part form, including information related to BPS data and the Perlinsos form," said Dewi.

"In general, the filling process can be completed in 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the completeness of the user's data," he added.
