Britain provides Ukraine with a new package of military support

The British Prime Minister's press office announced that Britain will supply Ukraine with 6000 anti-tank and high-explosive missiles and will allocate £25 million for military needs.

"Today at NATO and G7 meetings, the Prime Minister will announce a major new support package for Ukraine. The package includes 25 million pounds for the Ukrainian army, in addition to 6000 missiles distributed between anti-tank and high-explosive missiles," the British Cabinet said in a statement.

"The Prime Minister will confirm his intention to work with partners to strengthen Ukraine's defense capabilities, including targeting and long-range reconnaissance, as the Ukrainian people face an unjustified invasion," the statement continued.

At the next meeting in Brussels, the leaders are expected to discuss long-term military and diplomatic assistance to Ukraine and toughening actions against Russia.
