Samsung introduces its new phones Galaxy A53 and 33  Samsung Electronics unveiled its new cheap Galaxy A series smartphones aimed at users looking for affordable smartphones and advanced features.  In its event called Awsome, the Korean company unveiled two new models, the “Galaxy A53” and “Galaxy A33”, both of which support fifth generation networks, with a new 5 nanometer processor, and a camera that works with artificial intelligence techniques and night photography, and a wide Super AMOLED screen measuring 6.5 inches and 6.4 inches, respectively.  The two phones also come with a battery that lasts up to two days, and can be fully charged in about an hour.  "We believe that everyone deserves to experience the positive impact mobile technology has on their lives," Roh Tae-mun, head of the company's Mobile eXperience - MX, said during a webcast event.  "With the latest device in the Galaxy A series, it is now easy to enjoy a cutting-edge and innovative Galaxy experience with great value," he added.  The price of the "Galaxy A53" is about 494 dollars, and it comes in blue, black and white. It will be launched in some markets early next month. Pre-booking will be opened in South Korea from Friday to Thursday next.  The price of the "Galaxy A33" is 408 dollars, and it will be launched on April 22. The release date and price in South Korea have not yet been announced.  The company said that the "Galaxy A73 DR5G" will also be launched in some markets on April 22, without further details.  The Galaxy A series was built in part to deal with the growing challenges from Chinese competitors in the mid- and lower-end phone market, and has proven popular among affordable consumers.  According to an industry-tracking company called Umedia, the A12 smartphone - which was released in December 2020 - was the most shipped globally last year, registering a total of 51.8 million units globally, which helped Samsung to boost First place in the mobile phone market.  The phone was also the first Samsung model to exceed 50 million units in one year, according to Omedia.  Samsung has named the Galaxy A series the "most popular smartphone category."
