According to the Chairman of the Board of Musholla Nurul Islam Sungai Lampang Jorong Tanjung Beruang Kajai Rozikin, on Tuesday (5/4) night, they prayed in congregation and Tarawih at the emergency mosque because their mosque was badly damaged due to the earthquake on Friday (25/2).  Residents of Sungai Lampang, he said, had to perform congregational prayers under a tented tent which was used as an emergency mosque.  Despite the temporary location, the residents are so enthusiastic to perform the congregational Isha Prayer, Tarawih Prayer and Subuh Prayer in congregation. With a tarpaulin roof, mats and half plywood walls, they can still perform worship during Ramadan.  "The congregation has been quite crowded since Friday (1/4) night until now it reaches 60 people every night. this is tambaro or tampek samantaro worship (temporary place of worship), "he said.  They were forced to worship in the emergency tent because the mosque where they used to perform Tarawih prayers was damaged due to the earthquake, namely in the Nurul Islam Mosque.  "Data collection is already there but the mushala has not been repaired. We hope there will be help to repair this mushala as soon as possible," he said.  A Tarawih Bakri prayer congregation (60) said he remained in the spirit of worship even though he was only in a temporary emergency tent.  "How else, we also want to worship while the existing mosque is damaged. Hopefully the damaged mosque can be repaired soon," he said.  Apart from Sungai Lampang, the same thing was also found in Kampung Padang Kajai where the residents prayed in congregation in an emergency tent with a tarpaulin roof and a mat.
