Strong explosion in the sun, destructive flames emanated for an hour, know what will be the effect on the earth

The explosion generated significant radiation for shortwave radio blackouts in the mid-Atlantic Ocean and much of Europe.

The events happening in Saryu amaze the scientists. Arouses curiosity in them. One such incident happened on 30 April. AR2994, an active sunspot present on the Sun, began to flare up very rapidly in its active region 2994. It was the X-class solar storm, which is considered as the most powerful eruption on the Sun. The Solar Dynamics Observatory of the US space agency NASA has recorded its stunning video. Astronomer Tony Phillips has told

on his website Spaceweather.com that these flames emanating from the Sun continued for about an hour. The explosion generated significant radiation for shortwave radio blackouts in the mid-Atlantic Ocean and much of Europe.

The special thing is that this movement was seen in the Sun before the partial solar eclipse on 30 April. According to Eastern Daylight Time, the solar storm is said to have started at 9:37 am and reached its peak 10 minutes later. Tony Phillips has told that a rapid coronal mass ejection occurred in the explosion in the Sun. However, it is not expected to have much effect on Earth. Solar storms emanating from the Sun are classified according to their intensity. This allows scientists to determine how severe a solar storm is. The weakest solar storms fall in the A-class, B-class and C-class. M-class storms are the most powerful and there is a possibility of them hitting our Earth. X-class solar flares cause explosions in the Sun. When their target is towards Earth, due to this, the danger to satellites and astronauts increases. These explosions can also affect power stations and radio signals. Surya's space weather cycle is 11 years old. The current solar cycle is known as Solar Cycle 25. It started in 2019. It is being monitored by NASA's Solar Dynamics Observatory, the US-European Solar and Heliospheric Observatory (SOHO) and other spacecraft. Their purpose is to know the movements in the Sun so that they can be dealt with in case of any crisis.
